Bagliani’s House Aged Giant Provolone Cheese is sure to please! Aged one year before it arrives to our store. We finish the aging process in house by rotating and hand checking it for perfect sharpness and quality before it’s cut and sold to our customers. Available in December and it doesn’t last long!
