OUR RETURN POLICY
Bagliani’s assumes responsibility of defective product if notified
within 5 days of receipt of goods and will replace any such
product as soon as defective merchandise is received back.
The buyer will be credited back the shipping charges for the return
through the original purchase payment.
Example if you pay with a credit card your card will be credited back
the shipping charges for the return shipping.
Only damage or defective items will be replaced by same item or item of equal value.
Shipping is non-refundable.
All gift basket orders will be processed
& shipped out the following Monday morning.
If you require any special shipping options,
please call and we will be happy to assist you in your request.
Varieties of items, other than baskets,
are also available for nationwide shipping (i.e. Italian dried meats & aged cheeses).
